Start with a free SnapshotPlus your QuickBooks Online subscription. It's billed by Intuit and stays in your name, so your books are always yours. Clean Books runs on Simple Start ($38/mo list). Job Profit and Back Office need Plus ($140/mo list) for job costing. Already on QuickBooks? We'll tell you on the Snapshot whether your plan fits. Need it? We'll set it up through our ProAdvisor account so you get Intuit's partner pricing.

15% off catch-up work
If your books are behind, the catch-up project is 15% off when you sign a 12-month agreement at the same time.

Pricing FAQ
Which plan should I pick?
Most contractors want to know what each job made and to have January handled. That's Job Profit. Clean Books fits if your CPA already handles year-end and you only need clean monthly books. Back Office fits if you want bills, invoicing, collections and payroll off your plate.
Why do you need to see my statements before quoting?
Volume drives the work. Two businesses with the same revenue can have very different numbers of accounts and transactions, so the free Job Profit Snapshot comes first and the quote comes from it.
What's the setup fee for?
Reviewing your QuickBooks, building a chart of accounts for contracting, setting up jobs and connecting bank feeds. It's waived on a 12-month agreement and due if you cancel before month 12.
Can I go month to month?
Yes, at the same monthly rate. The setup fee is charged and the 12-month extras don't apply.
Is catch-up work included?
No. Catch-up is quoted separately: months behind times your plan's monthly rate, with 15% off on a 12-month agreement. It can be split into three monthly payments.
Is QuickBooks included in the monthly price?
No. Your QuickBooks Online subscription is billed by Intuit and stays in your name, so you own your books no matter what. Clean Books runs on Simple Start or higher. Job Profit and Back Office need QuickBooks Online Plus, because that's the plan with job costing. Payroll on Back Office uses your own QuickBooks payroll subscription. If you need to set up or change plans, we do it through our ProAdvisor account so you get Intuit's partner pricing.
What moves me up a revenue band?
More bank and card accounts, or more monthly transactions, than your band includes.
